When you use the B.Live mobile application (hereinafter “the Application”), Eventeam Group, a “société par actions simplifiée” (French simplified joint stock company) with capital of €3,500,000, whose registered office is located at 75 ter rue du Point du Jour 92100 BOULOGNE BILLLANCOURT, and whose registration number in the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register is 433 298 197 (hereinafter “us”), obtains information from your device or on your device by automated means, on how you are using the Application. We may also use web beacons (“pixel tags”) and cookies that may be installed in your device’s cookie folder, depending on the type of your device. You will find more information about this below. This information helps us optimise our App for all our visitors and continually make improvements so that the information on our pages can be updated and remains relevant and useful.

Device Data

The device data the App collects includes:

  • Technical information, your Internet domain name (this may be your Internet service provider, e.g. Orange, Free, SFR, or your connection location) and IP (Internet Protocol) address used to connect your device to the Internet, your connection information, browser type and version (e.g. Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox), device type, time zone, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system (e.g. Windows 10, Mac OS, Android) and platform;
  • Information about your visit (including the full URL address providing us with clickstream data on the Website or Application (with the date and time), the products you have viewed or searched for, response times, download errors, the duration of visits to certain pages, the number of pages, identification of the pages you visit during a session on the Website or Application, browsing time on the Website or Application, and page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks and mouse hovers).

Web Beacons

We may use web beacons (or “pixel tags”), which are small graphic files allowing us to monitor the use of our Application. A web beacon may collect information such as the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the phone that downloaded the page on which the Uniform Resource Locator (URL) of the page containing the beacon is located, the time that that page was viewed, the type of browser that retrieved the web beacon, and the identification number of any cookie previously placed by that server on the phone.

Cookies

A cookie is a string of characters transferred by a website or mobile application to the cookie folder of your browser, on the hard drive of your computer or mobile phone. It allows the website to “remember” you on your next visit. Cookies can help a website or app arrange content to provide you with information that interests you more quickly.

A cookie will usually contain information about the domain name of origin, its “lifespan”, as well as a value, usually corresponding to a unique randomly generated number.

·         Strictly necessary cookies

Some cookies are considered to be legally strictly necessary for the service requested by the user and thus exempt from the obtaining of consent. For example, traffic statistics make it possible to detect browsing problems in an application or to organise certain content. You will be informed of such cookies when you first visit our application and during any updates.

·         Cookies subject to consent

Any cookie that does not fall into the “strictly necessary” category requires your consent, which will be requested by means of a banner. You can withdraw your consent at any time by going to the app settings. This right does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on that consent prior to its withdrawal.

·         Retention period

Your Personal Data, collected using cookies, is stored by B.Live for a period of no more than 13 months from when the information was communicated when you first visited the relevant Application for strictly necessary cookies, and from when your consent was first obtained for cookies subject to consent.

Main cookies used


·         Interaction with online survey platforms

This type of service allows you to interact with online survey platforms directly from B.Live pages. If one of these services is installed, it can collect browsing data and usage data on the pages on which it is installed, even if you are not actively using this service.

·         Anti-spam protection

This type of service analyses B.Live traffic for the purpose of filtering messages and content recognised as SPAM.

·         Exchanges with social media

This type of service allows exchanges with social media or other external platforms directly from B.Live pages. The exchanges and information obtained by B.Live are always governed by the privacy settings you have defined for each social network.

Legal definitions and references

  • Personal Data (or Data)

Any information about a natural or legal person, institution or association that is, or can be identified, even indirectly, by reference to other information, including a personal identification number.

  • Usage data

Information collected automatically by B.Live (or by third-party services used by B.Live), which may include the IP addresses or domain names of computers used by Users using B.Live, Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) addresses, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the server’s response (favourable result, error, etc.), the country of origin, the characteristics of the browser and operating system used by the User, various details relating to time per visit (e.g. time spent on each page in the Application) and details relating to the path followed in the Application with special reference to the sequence of pages visited, and other parameters relating to the User’s operating system or computer environment.

  • User

The person using B.Live, who must correspond to the Data Subject or be authorised by the Data Subject, to whom the Personal Data refer.

  • Data Subject

The natural or legal person to whom the Personal Data refer.

  • Data Processor (or Data Controller)

Natural or legal person, public administrative authority or any other entity, association or organisation authorised by the Data Controller to process Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

  • Data Controller (or Owner)

Natural or legal person, public administrative authority or any other entity, association or organisation authorised, even jointly with another Data Controller, to make decisions concerning the purposes and methods of processing Personal Data and the means used, including security measures concerning the operation and use of B.Live.

  • Storage Permission

Used to access shared external storage, including reading and adding items.

  • Calendar Permission

Used to access the calendar on the User’s device, including reading, adding, and deleting entries.

  • Camera Permission

Used to access the camera or record images and videos using the device.

  • Precise location (continuous) permission

Used to access the precise location of the User’s device. B.Live may collect, use and share User Location Data for the purpose of providing location-based services.

  • Approximate location (non-continuous) permission

Used to access the approximate location of the User’s device. B.Live may collect, use and share User Location Data for the purpose of providing location-based services. The geographical location of the User is determined in a non-continuous manner. This means that it is impossible for B.Live to obtain the approximate location of the User on a continuous basis.

  • Telephone permission

Used to access a multitude of standard telephony-related features. This allows, for example, read-only access to the “Phone Status”, which means that it allows access to the device’s phone number, current mobile network news or the status of ongoing calls.

  • Social media permission

Used to access the User’s social media account profiles, such as Facebook and Twitter.

  • Legal Notices

Notice to Users in Europe: This Privacy Policy has been prepared in accordance with the obligations set out in Article 10 of European Directive 95/46/EC and pursuant to the provisions of Directive 2002/58/EC, as revised by Directive 2009/136/EC on cookies.

This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to B.Live.
